This policy explains what information DJL Systems, Inc. ("DJL Systems", "we") collects through djlsystems.com and our text messaging program, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email address and message, when you send them to us.
• Client portal. Account details, invoices and payment records for clients who use the portal.
• Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Text messaging. Your mobile phone number and a record of your consent, when you opt in to our text messages.
• Cookies. Only the cookies needed to keep you signed in to the client portal or administration pages. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries, provide and bill for our services, send the text messages you opted in to, and keep our systems secure. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

DJL Systems sends internal operational text messages to its employees and contractors who opt in. See our SMS terms for details.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected by DJL Systems are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share a phone number only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts, and only to deliver them. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.

Service providers

We use service providers to host this website, process payments (Stripe), send email and deliver text messages. They may process information only on our behalf and for these purposes.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.
